How Do I make an order?

Please navigate the site to the product you want, choose the quantity then use the add to button. When you have added everything to your order , click on the basket icon at hte top right of the screen and follow the prompts to Checkout.

How long does shipping take ?

We generally pack the day after you pay for your order. This is our 'best practice' thought there may be delays on Mondays, long weekends and the lead up to Christmas. These peak times should only delay you 1 day.

After that your tracking will keep you informed about the transit to you, that is out of our hands though we do use reliable post and courier services.

Adding the message 'safe to leave'may be faster as you will not need re-delivery or going to the post office for collection.

For faster delivery by the Aust Post you can select EXPRESS POST

It's advise-able to allow 1-3 days for major towns in NSW, VIC and QLD and 3-5 days for country areas in these states.

SA generall 2-5 days with WA and TAS 5-7 days.

My order hasn't arrived

Please look for your tracking - it may have been sorted into your spam or promotions inboxes. If you can't see it there please email to us on krupharicandles@gmail.com for your tracking information.

We will always do our best to find your parcel and have it delivered promptly.

Can I change my order

Happy to help - if we can. Once your order is shipped there is nothing we can do. We understand sometimes the wrong product is added in the order, so if we can change it we will.

I need to cancel my order

We understand that circumstances can change quickly.

If the order has not been packed or sent we will be happy to refund 100% but if it is packed or on its way, you will incur 10% re-stocking fee (and postage back to us

How can I add to my order?

Please phone the office to let us know, we can hold the first order for combining.

Then please make a new order on-line - once the orders are combined and despatched, we will refund any excess postage paid on the second order.

My order isn’t correct.

We are always willing to help you get the order corrected. First please check your order again, many times we have packed an item inside another, tucked an item down the side or wrapped it in disguise!

A glass broke in transit – what is your policy on breakages?

No problem. We endeavour to pack glass really well. However sometimes it's not perfect or the couriers have been a little rough

It is our responsibitlity to see your product gets to you safely, so please take a photo of the breakages and email them to the office so we can credit you for your loss. Please include your order number.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes, an email will be sent to you as soon as the courier has collected your order.

What payment options do I have?

Shopify has tight security so you know your information is safe.

We offer payment with Mastercard,Visa, Paypal or EFT/pay to our bank. PayPal offers pay in 4.

 

How secure is your site?

Our site is hosted by Shopify. It is a large corporation with all the checks in place for a secure platform, including both financial transactions and your personal information. Shopify has online security as the number one priority. It is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. There is also a 2-step authentication to our site to prevent hacking.
